The first set is the Tiny Tots club, which will include 9 children aged between 6 weeks and 2 years old. The children will then move into the Tweenies once they are aged two or above, which they will remain part of until they move into the Early Years group. By assembling these different sets, each child will be able to receive the dedicated care and attention that they require for their specific age.
Each group will also be within their own playroom, where they will have full availability to play with a variety of activities that are all age appropriate. Just a few exercises to mention include painting, dancing and water play, as well as plenty of other toys and games that will keep your children occupied all day. Within our facilities, we also have an outdoor area where we will regularly encourage the kids to play within to gain fresh-air during the day.
Here at Pixley Dell Day Nursery, all of the staff within our Durham childcare services have been carefully selected through a rigid recruitment procedure to ensure that they are fitting for our nursery. During this process, they will be verified through an enhanced DBS Check to guarantee that they are safe to work within a school environment. We will also take into consideration all of their qualifications and training certifications, resulting in most, if not all of our team having Level 3 Diplomas, B-Tech or NVQ Level 3’s within teaching.
